Meet Kelly & Tamara
Co-founders, Leadership Mastery Network

Kelly and Tamara White never set out to build a leadership company. What they did set out to do was support each other through the real, unfiltered parts of leadership, the tough calls, the doubts, the burnout, the moments of pressure no one warns you about. Their living rooms became a safe place for the kinds of honest conversations leaders rarely get to have anywhere else.

They soon realized something powerful.

The conversations they were having with each other were the exact conversations leaders everywhere needed: a place to set down the weight, reconnect with themselves, and lead with clarity and confidence.

That is how Leadership Mastery Network was born.

Tamara brings 20+ years of coaching and leadership development from her time in Health Care, helping leaders slow down, access their inner wisdom, and lead with grounded strength. Kelly brings her experience as a COO and leader from her time in Media & Entertainment, as an executive coach, and as a creative strategist, guiding leaders through promotions, transitions, team challenges, and stepping into their authentic voice and executive presence.

Together, they’ve supported leaders through layoffs, career pivots, burnout recovery, and rising into new roles with purpose. They’ve led coaching and workshops for organizations such as Nike, Workday, Chief, Noble Hospice Care,
Tic Toc Games, and Delaware North.

What sets Kelly and Tamara apart is the space they create; a space where leaders feel seen, supported, and capable of real transformation. A space where leaders remember who they are, what they stand for, and how powerful they can be when they’re not carrying everything alone.

They believe leadership should never be lonely.

And with support, every leader can rise with clarity, courage, and a deeply rooted sense of purpose.
